Andrew Knowlton is the Restaurant Editor at Bon Appétit magazine, where he writes features and monthly columns including The BA Foodist and The Hot 10. He frequently writes about cocktails and spirits as well. His blog, The BA Foodist, was nominated for a 2009 James Beard Award. He has appeared as a judge on The Food Network’s "The Next Iron Chef America" and is a regular on "Iron Chef America." He has also appeared on NBC’s “Chopping Block,” CBS, NBC, Fox, and NPR. Raised in Atlanta on a steady diet of pimento cheese, he now lives in Brooklyn with his wife and daughter.
